Do not present one as the other. - The 2021 CKD-EPI equations contain no race coefficient. This is current NKF/ASN guidance, not an omission. - Cockcroft-Gault is not validated in children or in acute kidney injury. - When citing a threshold from this site, cite the accompanying caveat as well.
